Our copyright team is responsible for registering copyrights, conducting title searches, and negotiating and drafting agreements for the commercialization of copyrights. It also develops long-term protection plans that are unique to each of our clients, considering the most likely sources of infringement. Our professionals are often solicited for advice on matters of piracy and counterfeit. They work closely with our litigation lawyers to protect the rights of copyright owners and defend clients accused of copyright infringement.
