To be truly visionary we have to root our imagination in our concrete reality while simultaneously imagining possibilities beyond that reality.bell hooks
Mathilde Trottier is a lawyer in ROBIC’s litigation group, where she works on cases involving patents, copyright, and trademarks. She has been involved in pharmaceutical litigation mandates under Canada’s Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
Throughout the various stages of the litigation process, she strives to take a rigorous approach tailored to the specific issues of each mandate.
Mathilde holds a law degree from the University of Montreal, where she also enhanced her education through an exchange program at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas. During her studies, she worked in estate litigation, family law, and workplace disputes. These early experiences reinforced her interest in litigation, which she now pursues in the field of intellectual property.
She began her career at ROBIC in the summer of 2024, first as a student and then as a articling student. This experience confirmed her desire to continue her practice with the firm.
