Gabrielle Delaunais is a lawyer in ROBIC’s Litigation Department, where she works on cases involving copyright, trademarks and patents.

Gabrielle also advises clients on contractual issues relating to intellectual property and emerging technologies.

Her expertise also extends to the protection of personal information, as well as advertising and marketing law, particularly with regard to advertising contests, loyalty programs, false or misleading claims and other related issues.

Passionate about intellectual property and the impact of new technologies on the evolution of this area of law, Gabrielle is attentive to her clients’ needs and always on the lookout for innovative solutions tailored to them.

Before joining the firm, Gabrielle completed several internships as part of her studies at the Université de Sherbrooke’s cooperative law program. She also gained experience working in the public service, at the Régie du Bâtiment and the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail.

Gabrielle joined the ROBIC team in the summer of 2024 as an articling student at the Bar. She quickly confirmed her interest in litigation and is currently pursuing her progression within the firm.
