Audrey is a lawyer in the trademark group, where she works on trademark applications and prosecutions, opposition proceedings, and trademark cancellation proceedings. She also participates in drafting opinions on the availability and registrability of trademarks. In addition, Audrey participates in trademark and copyright due diligence mandates.
Audrey obtained her Bachelor of Laws with an international focus, as well as a Juris Doctor in North American common law from the University of Montreal. During her studies, she took part in a student exchange program with the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas and also worked for a large company, where she gained experience in various issues related to marketing law, regulatory compliance, and product packaging and labeling. Audrey joined ROBIC as a articling student before joining the trademark team as a lawyer.
