Camille Aubin specializes in intellectual property litigation and advises clients in matters involving patents, trademarks, industrial designs and copyright as well as data and privacy. Camille pleads before all levels of provincial and federal courts as well as the Copyright Board.

Camille is Co-chair of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Bar of Montreal and is on its Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal Liaison Committee. She acts as an intellectual property expert for EVOL, an entrepreneurship coaching program, is a Governor of the Quebec Bar Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Superior Ballet School Foundation. She is often solicited to sit on consulting committees on matters of governance.

During her studies, Camille also acted as a research assistant in the field of intellectual property for the Université de Montréal Faculty of Law.

Author of more than 50 publications and conferences, Camille has been invited to speak at various universities and associations on intellectual property and technology matters in Canada and the United States.
