Joanne Chriqui is an attorney with over 27 years of experience in intellectual property law. Specializing in litigation, she has pleaded before the federal and Québec courts, both at trial and on appeal. She regularly leads complex cross-border lawsuits involving multiple jurisdictions. Over the course of her career, Joanne has represented major clients and has developed extensive expertise in the medical device, technology, mechanical, pharmaceutical and computer fields, both locally and internationally.
