Sarrah Nadjia Coulibaly is a transactional and financing lawyer and a member of the business law practice group at ROBIC. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, including emerging companies. Sarrah also assists businesses in general corporate and commercial law matters.

Sarrah holds a bachelor’s degree in private law from the University of Tours in France and has a Juris Doctor in Common Law from the University of Ottawa. During her studies, she participated in the prestigious Charles Rousseau competition in public international law and was also a recipient of a scholarship from the Hague Academy of International Law, in the Netherlands.

Before joining ROBIC, Sarrah worked as a corporate and emerging technology lawyer at a large Canadian law firm of international stature.
