Sarah Trublard specializes in trademark law. Her mission is to support the firm’s clients in the realization of their trademark projects and to ensure adequate protection of their intellectual property, both in Canada and at the international level.
Sarah has a practical approach to managing trademark portfolios, from providing strategic assistance in the adoption of new trademarks to the various stages of the registration process. In this capacity, she conducts searches on the availability of trademarks, prepares opinions on their registrability, and drafts opinions and arguments in the context of the prosecution of trademark applications.
Sarah has experience working in an international context and has a legal background in French business law.
