Panagiota (Betty) Koutsogiannis specializes in various areas of business law, including technology transfers, financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.

Betty is called upon to negotiate and draft commercial agreements of all types, across different industries, including licensing agreements, research, development and collaboration agreements, joint venture agreements as well as financing and shareholder agreements and business acquisition and sale agreements.

Betty has considerable experience in financing transactions acting for both venture capital funds as well as emerging companies in the life sciences and technology-driven sectors. In addition, she advises clients on strategies for the management, protection and commercialization of intellectual property rights, including the management of trademark portfolios and the development of complex licensing structures.
