Jason Moscovici is a lawyer and biochemist with ROBIC, LLP. He has a general intellectual property practice and is a member of the firm’s litigation team. Jason’s focus on the valorization and enforcement of intellectual property, as well as the numerous compliance issues that orbit regulated industries, have allowed him to quickly become one of the most trusted legal advisors to the emerging cannabis industry. His perspectives on compliance, intellectual property and the commercial hurdles related specifically to cannabis are routinely solicited by stakeholders in this space.
He is invited to speak at some of the most important conferences and events that focus exclusively on the Cannabis industry in Canada, as well as internationally. He has been cited in national publications covering cannabis, as well as online media.
Jason Moscovici started his career at one of the world’s largest companies for cosmetics, drugs and personal care products and remains active in these sectors. He is a member of the trade organization COSMETIC ALLIANCE, where he participates and provides guidance on compliance and harmonization issues specific to this industry.
