Fortunat Nadima Nadima specializes in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution. He has acted for clients in matters involving patents, trademarks, industrial designs and copyrights, and issues of validity and infringement, damages and profits quantification and recovery in various industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, computer systems, sports equipment, land clearing equipment, snow removal equipment, etc.).
From 2017 to 2018, Fortunat served as an assistant legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. During his law studies, Fortunat was an editor of the McGill Law Journal, for which he also edited podcasts. He also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and has coached the McGill Faculty of Law moot team for the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot.
Before joining ROBIC, Fortunat practised with the Intellectual Property group of a global law firm.
