Édith Ducharme holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Université Laval, along with a research-based master’s degree from Polytechnique Montréal, during which she specialized in the study of fluoride glass optical fibers. Before beginning her career in intellectual property, she actively contributed to promoting Québec’s expertise in optics-photonics, a field that remains close to her heart. Alongside her scientific career, she is also a harpsichordist, passionate about early music.
