Dario Pietrantonio specializes in the fields of business law and intellectual property.
He counsels clients primarily with regards to the management, protection, enforcement and commercialization of intellectual property rights and business law more generally such as acquisitions, financings, technology transfers, franchise and distribution agreements. He also advises clients with regards to contentious matters of a commercial nature including more particularly those involving intellectual property rights.
Dario joined ROBIC in 1994 and has been a partner since 2002. He is a member of the firm’s management committee and a co-lead of both its trademarks and business law practice groups. Dario oversees the firm’s marketing activities and special projects. He also serves as an officer and member of the board of directors of several Canadian subsidiaries of multinational clients.
