Managing Strategic Intellectual Property Assets in Times of Crisis: Summary of Best Practices
To survive a period of economic downturn, companies have no choice but to reinvent themselves to adapt to market changes, to distinguish themselves from their competitors and thus take better advantage of the economic recovery. We will first look at a brief review of what is intellectual property (IP), the management of existing IP, before looking at best practices for the protection of new IP and its use as a potential source of cash inflow through licensing and various agreements in times of crisis.
Important note: this workshop is to be held in French only.
