Vanessa Udy specializes in transactional, commercial and corporate law.
Her practice focuses on the negotiation and drafting of agreements such as subscription and shareholders agreements, license, research and development, joint venture and partnership agreements and other commercial agreements, namely in relation to the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining ROBIC, Vanessa Udy worked at a national business law firm, where she focused her practice principally on private mergers and acquisitions.
She obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) and a Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B.) from McGill University in 2008 and was called to the Québec Bar in 2009.
