Profile
Jason Moscovici specializes in intellectual property and commercial litigation. His legal and scientific background allows him to counsel clients on both counts in their intellectual property needs.

He also advises clients on the drafting and prosecution of patent applications and the rendering of opinions in the field of biochemistry, including organic chemistry, molecular biology and natural product chemistry, as well as in general regulatory and intellectual property law matters pertaining to the consumer product, pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical sectors.

Jason Moscovici’s clients include many important Canadian and international companies, both small and large, and cover various fields, such as:

Jason Moscovici was awarded a Bachelors of Science with a specialization in Biochemistry from the University of Concordia in 2005 and is a member of Concordia’s Institute for Co-operative Education. He was awarded a L.L. B. from the Université de Montréal and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2009. He is also a member of the Ordre des chimistes du Québec.

Jason Moscovici started his career as an intern for one of the world’s largest general healthcare product companies, where he went on to work for two years as a member of their Regulatory Affairs department, providing opinions and approvals towards internal regulatory, patent, trademark and copyright issues. He then completed his law education and his articling at ROBIC.

Jason Moscovici sits on the life sciences committee of the firm.
