Erika Paape-Miyoshi specializes in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications as well as in the preparation of patentability, validity, infringement and freedom to operate opinions, namely in the fields of IT, electronics and telecommunications.
 
Erika Paape-Miyoshi was awarded a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. Prior to joining ROBIC, Erika worked in the field of information technology, where she gained experience in Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) and SAP® ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software). Having worked in the fields of consulting and business strategies, she has developed a global vision of the IT industry.

She is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

She participates in the firm’s Technologies Committee.
