Dario Pietrantonio specializes in the fields of business law and intellectual property.
He counsels clients primarily with regard to the management, protection, enforcement and commercialization of intellectual property rights and business law more generally such as acquisitions, financings, technology transfers, franchise and distribution agreements. He also advises clients with regard to contentious matters of a commercial nature including more particularly those involving intellectual property rights.
Dario Pietrantonio holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University as well as a License in Civil Law (LL.L.) and a Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa. He joined ROBIC in 1994, the same year he was called to the Québec Bar.
Mr. Pietrantonio was selected as one of Corporate INTL Magazine "50 Best Lawyers in Canada".
He is a member of the firm’s management committee and co-lead of both its trademarks and business law practice groups. Mr. Pietrantonio is a member of the firm’s business development committee and is responsible for ROBIC’s marketing activities.

He was called to the Quebec Bar shortly after joining ROBIC in 1994 and is recognised as a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) by the Licensing Executives Society (LES USA & Canada).
