Profile
Simon Lemay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws from Laval University.

In 1994, Simon was appointed Head of Sector, Trademark Integrity at Culinar Inc. Having distinguished himself by setting up an internal trademark agency, he was promoted to Director of the Legal Department of the company in 1997. He was entrusted with the management and protection of the company's intellectual property. In 1999, he joined Lavery as a lawyer and trademark agent.

Simon is regularly invited to deliver lectures on intellectual property. In addition, his experience and training in the agro-food sector prompted him to advise companies in this sector on issues of food quality management and food safety.

He represents local and international clients, involved in various business areas, including Food industry and Life Sciences.

Simon Lemay is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Integrated Center for Health and Social Services of the National Capital, an organization of more than 16,500 employees with an operating budget of more than $ 1.2 billion. He is also the founder and president of the non-profit organization Le Dragon Boréal, which aims to develop self-esteem among young people through the practice of Kempo karate.
